A ULV fogger does not electrically charge (“electrostatic”) the fluid particles, as some other foggers do. While electrostatic devices can be an advantage for some applications, in many cases they can be a disadvantage due to sensitive electronics near that application area and the inability to keep the chemical away from certain surfaces or cavities.

The OMNIfogUSA nozzles are designed to atomize light viscosity liquids that are water and oil based including (but not limited to), disinfectants, cleaning solutions, pesticides, fertilizers, degreasers, oils, odor control products and mold remediation products. Heavier liquids like soaps can also be used as long as the surface tension is not excessive. DO NOT use flammable liquids in an OMNIfogUSA nozzle. Electric blowers use an open motor concept and are not explosion proof.

No, the device itself weighs less than 0.5 LB and is made of high strength plastic. With a blower attached, the unit weighs only a few pounds and can easily be used with one hand if needed. The unit size is compact at 11” long x 6.5” wide with a blower.

Always read your chemical label to make sure it can be used in a fogging application. Most chemicals and pesticides have instructions for use, application rates, and suggested application equipment.

If the product does not have application instructions, contact the manufacturer to obtain the required information. Small droplets can travel great distances before settling or dissipating. Plan your application carefully using common sense and taking into consideration wind direction, safety of animals and children, objects and other people.

Fogging liquids increase routes of exposure. Inhalation, skin, and mucous membrane irritation are just a few. Always follow the instructions given with the chemical to be used. A material safety data sheet (MSDS) is usually enclosed with every chemical. If you do not have an MSDS, please contact the supplier of the chemical or chemical manufacturer to obtain one.

The OMNIfogUSA fogger is easily adjustable using the knob on the needle valve. This knob is screwed or unscrewed, allowing the user to fine tune the droplet size per the application required.

The output size of the droplet created by the OMNIfogUSA is adjustable 7-10 Microns (fine) droplet, 15-40 (medium) droplet commonly used for disinfectants, and 30-120 (heavy) droplet. The OMNIfogUSA system allows for uniform delivery of the selected droplet size.

OMNIfogUSA foggers require little maintenance. After each use detach the nozzle from the blower and run the nozzle under warm water to remove any residual chemicals. Wash out the container, partially fill with clean water reattach to the blower and fog for 30 seconds.
